Is there a free plan?
Yes. EventBit includes a Free plan so you can start without a credit card. Upgrade anytime from Billing when you need more storage, events, or AI face credits.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from Billing at any time with no cancellation fees. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients open galleries with a share link or access code. They can browse photos, use AI Face Search, and download where you allow. Without creating an EventBit account.
What is AI Face Search?
Clients upload a selfie and EventBit finds matching photos in your event gallery. Each plan includes AI face credits, with higher limits on paid tiers.
