EventBit only provides a platform to help customers discover photographers and connect with them.

Booking & Payments

All bookings, quotations, pricing, contracts, negotiations, and payments are handled directly between the customer and the photographer.

EventBit:

Does not collect or process payments for photographer bookings.
Is not a party to any agreement between customers and photographers.
Does not guarantee the pricing, availability, or services offered by any photographer.

No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EventBit is not responsible or liable for:

Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation.
Payment disputes or refunds.
Service quality or customer satisfaction.
Delays, cancellations, or no-shows.
Failure to deliver photos or videos.
Damage, loss, or corruption of files.
Copyright or ownership disputes.
Financial or legal disputes between a customer and photographer.

Any dispute must be resolved directly between the customer and the photographer.

Verify Before You Book

Customers are encouraged to:

Review their portfolio and previous work.
Check reviews and references.
Discuss pricing and deliverables in writing.
Use a written agreement whenever possible.

Photographer Responsibility

Photographers are solely responsible for:

The accuracy of their profile information.
Their portfolio and sample work.
Pricing and quotations.
Communication with customers.
Delivery timelines.
Compliance with applicable laws and tax regulations.

Reviews & Ratings

Reviews submitted by users represent their personal experiences and opinions. EventBit does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of every review, although we may remove reviews that violate our policies.

Report Abuse

Please report fraudulent activity, fake profiles, copyright infringement, spam, harassment, or illegal content to EventBit immediately at support@eventbit.io.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any photographer profile at our sole discretion.

No Endorsement

A photographer's presence in the EventBit directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee by EventBit. Customers should exercise their own judgment before hiring any photographer.
