1. Respect for Intellectual Property Rights
Eventbit respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects its account holders to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website athttps://www.copyright.gov) and applicable Indian copyright acts, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Eventbit service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
2. Submitting a Notice of Claimed Infringement (Takedown Notice)
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our site by submitting a formal written notice containing the following details:
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by this notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works.
- Identify the material that you claim is infringing (and must be removed or access to which is to be disabled) and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including the specific URL or share code.
- Provide your contact info, including your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- Include the following statement: "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
- Provide your full legal name and your physical or electronic signature.

3. Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you receive a notification that your content was removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe this removal was a mistake or that you possess the legal rights to host the material, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notice must be a written communication sent to our agent containing:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
- Your name, physical address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court or local judicial courts for the district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Eventbit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts of users, photographers, or studios who repeatedly violate copyright terms or are the subject of multiple verified copyright infringement notices. We apply this policy in our sole discretion to maintain the integrity of our hosting services and protect intellectual property rights.
