1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through EventBit Studio.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance through Chargebee and Razorpay.
3. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable after a billing cycle has started.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Failed Payments
If payment cannot be collected, access to paid features may be suspended. Galleries and uploaded photographs may be deleted approximately 15 days after repeated payment reminders.
