Changing Your Subscription
EventBit offers Free, Basic, Pro, Business, and Studio plans. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and quarterly/yearly packages. When upgrading, any unused balance on your current plan is automatically prorated.
Billing Info & Tax Forms
Keep your billing info current to prevent payment issues. Ensure your company name, email, phone, and full address are complete. You can also add your GST, VAT, or Sales Tax ID so it displays correctly on payment receipts.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime with zero fees. Your premium access remains active until the end of your paid billing cycle.
