Changing Your Subscription & Proration
We offer flexible subscription packages tailored to studios of all sizes, including Free, Basic, Pro, Business, and Studio plans. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and quarterly/yearly billing cycles at any time. When you upgrade, any unused balance on your current plan is automatically computed and applied as a prorated credit toward your new package, ensuring you only pay for what you use. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Billing Info, Invoices & Tax Compliance
Keep your billing info current to prevent subscription lapses. You can update your credit card details, business name, and billing address directly. For studios in India, add your 15-digit GSTIN to receive tax-compliant invoices. For international users, VAT and local sales taxes are computed dynamically based on your region. All invoices and transaction receipts are archived in your billing tab for easy download.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime with zero cancellation fees. Your premium features and storage allocations remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan.
