Fixing Slow Image Uploads
If your uploads are stalling or slow:
- Ensure you are using a modern browser like Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
- Check your internet upload speed (not just download speed).
- Disable active VPNs or browser extensions that might inspect network requests.
- Verify that you are uploading standard web formats like JPEG or PNG.
Client Cannot Access Gallery
If a client receives a 404 or access error, ensure the event is marked 'Published' (draft events are hidden from public URLs). Also verify if password protection is enabled and that the link you shared matches the URL in the event details page.
Payment Verification Delays
If you upgrade and your dashboard still shows your old plan, the payment gateway may be verifying the transaction. Refresh the page or wait a few minutes for the sync to complete. If it remains unresolved, contact our support team.
